Comp2 - Knex Team Bridge Competition

Overview

Each team will submit the characteristics of their competition bridge to an online spreadsheet (link to form). The instructors will later insert the results of the bridge testing. The low teams will get extra credit points.

Details

• When you have completed your Knex design you'll submit the results to an online spreadsheet including
  1. Your VBB Group ID
  2. Your Section ID (20 or 35)
  3. One or two sentence description of your idea for the bridge design.
  4. One or two sentence description of how you expect the bridge to fail
  5. The total number of members in your bridge
  6. The total cost of the bridge
  7. Your prediction of the load at bridge failure

Tools

• Form from Google Docs that will fill your information into a spreadsheet that will be shared with the class.

Constraints

• Only that you need to have completed your bridge design

Deliverables

• Submitted Google Docs Form - one person per group
